Workshop

i was teaching at St Theresa Performing Arts Workshop for 2 days

teaching 29 gals a modern jazz dance n contem dance ...
it was fun but my right leg cramps just becos of intensive exercise
lucky i am ok now ...
human really not robot, even how good ur stamina is
once u over exercise, herm .............

it's 5.50am in the morning, wake up so early just to online
